The curriculum
26 sessions | 90 minutes each | 5 modules
Every session is ready-to-use with goals, a materials list, a timed plan, scripts, and facilitator notes.
Module 1: Creating Community
Create a safe space where girls can step outside their comfort zone and grow, building trust, belonging, and shared community guidelines.
Module 2: Unleashing Our Unlimited Potential
Build confidence, resilience, self-belief, and a growth mindset.
Module 3: Cultivating Leadership Skills
Develop and practice essential real-world leadership skills such as public speaking and project management.
Module 4: Leading and Changemaking
Explore your leadership style and and learn about the UN Sustainable Development Goals, deciding what type of leader you want to be and what type of change you want to make.
Module 5: Preparing Your Personal Path Forward
Practical, future-oriented skills such as time management, financial literacy, and job interviewing.
The ripple effect
The curriculum is built so its impact reaches beyond the sessions and into the community.
Group Impact Project
Participants work together on a project that makes a positive impact in their community, putting leadership skills into action.
Personal Changemaker Action Plan
Each participant leaves with a personal changemaker action plan, a concrete step toward making a difference on an issue that she cares about.
