Skill-Building Workshops

Through hands-on activities and expert-led sessions, participants build confidence, leadership skills, and practical tools for creating change. They develop key skills like project management, communication, and financial literacy, while exploring creativity and problem-solving.

ABURY GGU International Leadership Academy

Our International Leadership Academy brings together aspiring teen leaders (13-17) for an intensive week of learning, inspiration, and cross-cultural friendships in Berlin, Germany!

1:1 Mentoring Program

Meet monthly with a female mentor to develop your skills, learn about career paths and opportunities, and achieve your goals.

Future-Oriented Workshops

Take part in hands-on workshops in Berlin focused on future-oriented skills, from time management to writing applications.  

Join Our Global Community

Make friends with girls from all over the world in a supportive, international environment.

Teen Leadership Program FAQ

Who can apply to the Teen Leadership Program?

Girls aged 13-17 living in Berlin or Brandenburg are welcome to apply! We're looking for applicants who are motivated to learn, grow, and step into leadership. You should have basic English skills (no need to be perfect). This opportunity is especially for girls who face barriers or have had fewer opportunities.

Do I need to speak perfect English?

The program is held in English, but you don’t need to be fluent! If you can understand and participate in conversations, you're ready. Many participants come to improve their English and leave speaking with more confidence.
