Our Programs
Our International Leadership Academies bring together aspiring teen leaders for an intensive week of learning, inspiration, and friendships across cultures. Skill-building workshops, team-building challenges, and dynamic group activities equip teenage girls with the confidence and skills they need to think critically, follow their dreams, and make a positive impact in their communities.
We also connect girls with powerful female role models from across a vast landscape of industries, because studies show: you have to see it to be it. We also know that strength comes from sisterhood and, by giving girls the opportunity to make lifelong friends from around the globe, we’re not only giving them the chance to speak about their own concerns, but also to listen to each other and lift each other up. International Leadership Academy
Mentoring Program
Our year-long one on one mentoring program helps young women ages 13-20 all over the world to achieve their goals and gain leadership skills by pairing them with inspiring successful women who coach, connect, encourage, and open doors for the girls. The program focuses specifically on leadership skills like time management, public speaking, self awareness, leadership and entrepreneurship.
