Summer Leadership Academy in Israel: August 2-6 in Hakfar Hayarok
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our first summer Academy in Israel, to be piloted August 2-6, 2020.
The academy will be located at Hakfar Hayarok, a renowned youth village and education center located in the center of Israel. The school, surrounded by 60 dunams of green fields, will provide its entire infrastructure to the Academy, including dorms, dining halls, sports facilities, swimming pools, and art and music rooms.
This special Israel-based Academy invites girls from all over the world. Our goal is to bring together a very diverse group of teen girls from various religions, cultural backgrounds, and walks of life.
Two GGU directors/facilitators from Berlin will be joined by a local facilitator and support team. The program will be based on the GGU core curriculum and will include special activities and sessions that have been adapted to address local issues.
This summer Academy in Israel will be a unique experience focusing on empowering and equipping participants to become regional leaders, developing dialog and building bridges of tolerance and respect toward others, and the value of peace.

ACADEMY TUITION FEE: 400 EUR / 1500 NIS Financial assistance available in certain cases upon request. Please inquire for more information.
